That's right! Microsoft debuted the trailor at an E3 press conference. They also announced the game will be released November 17th of this year! Like the first, it will be a 360 and PC exclusive.
According to Valve's press release, melee combat will be fleshed out with new weapons such as a chainsaw, frying pan, axe, and baseball bat. The A.I. Director will now have the ability to "change weather effects, world objects, and pathways in addition to tailoring the enemy population, effects, and sounds to match the players' performance." The game adds new Survivors, boss zombies, and equipment and is said to have a lot more maps than the first game.
