There hasn't been too much going on in the world of zombies. Zombieland, of course, is everywhere right now. In fact, I just celebrated my wedding anniversary with dinner and a viewing of Zombieland. I'm not going to bother with a review; It was just too good. Zombieland was a truly unique film that stands on its own. More comedy than horror and is definitely not to be missed.
Other big news is the release of Max Brooks' "Recorded Attacks" book and the upcoming release of Left 4 Dead 2. I'm also always willing to help out those of you who take the time to read. So, if you are in the business of zombies and have an announcement, would like to be featured, or sponsor a contest drop me an email. Speaking of... don't forget to check the links and banners in the margin as they either sell zombie related goods or are other great zombie related sites.
As most of you have figured out, I'm beginning to ramp-up my inventory of zombie toys. I plan on making the rounds at some conventions in 2010 and will (hopefully) have a more legitimate way for you to purchase online soon. In the meantime, please shoot me an email at zombiesandtoys@gmail.com with what you would like and I can send you an invoice through PayPal. Better yet, if anyone out there wants to help whip up an easy shopping cart/store front give me a yell.
Finally, don't think that because the updates have been scarce that I haven't been busy. There are some exciting things in the works including more contests, toys, interviews, and exclusives. Thanks again to everyone who reads and helps spread the word. As long as there's interest, I'll keep working!
