The search was intense for the right person to portray Arnold Schwarzenegger's infected (and soon to turn into a zombie) daughter in the feature film "Maggie", and the winner is - Abigail Breslin ! Who better to step into the role than the beloved Little Rock from Zombieland, only thing is, she will be on the other side of the zombie spectrum, in a role that will cast her as a teenager whose time is seemingly running out, while her father (Arnold) searches to find her a cure amidst a full-scale undead outbreak. Principal shooting is scheduled to begin soon for a 2014 theatrical release- this looks like it could be a decent addition to the long line of zombie stories to hit celluloid, so keep it here at Zombies & Toys for the latest news on this film as it breaks.
