Again, I don't think I'm telling you anything you don't already know. However, be aware that the Left 4 Dead downloadable content was made available today for the low, low price of free.
The download features a new survival mode. This mode takes you to one of the many areas where an event triggers a horde attack. There, you will battle wave after wave of attacking dead. As the battle ensues, there is less time between spawings and, yes, the tanks are involved, too. The object of the game? Stay alive.
The download also makes available for Versus Mode play "Dead Air" and "Death Toll".
So whaddya waiting for? Oh, yeah. To finish reading today's updates! My bad.
As much as No Mercy is quite replayable, I was getting quite sick of playing that level over and over again. Nice to get more options for multiplay.
