Kevin Kriess the owner of The Living Dead Museum &
Giftshop (formerly Monroe Zombies) is looking for funding to rebuild at a
larger location. The museum and shop are located in Evans city, Pennsylvania, home of “Night
of the Living Dead.” If all goes well Kriess hopes to reopen
in time for the Living Dead Festival on Aug 30 & 31. The new, larger facility will
make expansion possible so that the museum can “offer all the zombie history,
museum exhibits, film location tours, social events such as zombie walks, and a
larger gift shop full of collectibles and souvenirs.”
The funding project runs through Monday August 26th
by which time they need $10,000. Of
course, there are great perks for contributions at all levels from $5 to $1000. Read more about the project and contribute to the cause on
