Real Deal Brazil : Zombies will envy your head

Matt Boiselle Any true survivalist will have a list longer than their leg of items that one must be properly fitted with in the event that we are overrun by legions of the undead. Firepower ? Got it. Shelter ? Check. Rations, transportation, and medicine ? Yes, yes, and yes ! Think you have everything covered ? Well, as you scratch your head to ponder this one, your finger is literally on the pulse of your most valuable ( yet unprotected) asset. Just take a look at the picture above this post and answer to yourself, " How bad ass would I look wasting zombies while sporting a hat exactly like Woody Harrelson wore in Zombieland ?"
Luckily the good people at Real Deal Brazil have decided to let the wanna be Tallahassees of this world own the same model of hat that good old Woody sported in the hit movie. These skull covers are made out of canvas tarps that were stretched out across the beds of Brazilian cargo trucks, enduring blistering heat and driving rains, so you know that not only are you getting a hardcore, tough as nails headpiece, but a handmade to order conversation starter. Real Deal Brazil stands by their product 100% and if you want to look the part of psycho-cool zombie slayer, head on over to their website at www.realdealbrazil.com and pick one up. They are currently priced at 39.99 and if you order one before December 23rd, you will receive free shipping.
After putting one of these killer hats on your dome, you will be ready to inflict some true pain on the undead......however, good luck finding some Twinkies.

Justin Beiber in Zombieland 2?

David Brown

Anyone who has seen the original Zombieland will remember the surprise cameo. It has been revealed that there will be a cameo in the sequel as well.  Recently, Abigail Breslin from the original Zombieland has hinted that Justin Beiber would be perfect for a cameo in Zombieland 2. While this has yet to be confirmed, it would be an interesting cameo to say the least for the movie.

What do you guys all think? Would Justin Beiber make a great zombie? Who would you like to see as a zombie in the next Zombieland? Let us know what you think in the comments below and stay tuned for any updates on Zombieland 2 as they become available.

Zombieland 2 Has A Script

ShockTillYouDrop scored an interview with Reuben Fleisher and they get him to spill the beans on the sequal of Zombieland!  "Yeah, I read it," Fleisher told a group of journalists. "I mean, it's an early draft and we have plenty more to do to work on it, but I think it's going to be amazing, I'm really excited about it."

While nobody is officially signed... yet... Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, and Abigail Breslin all admit to being interested in returning in a sequal.

Zombieland Now On Video

As if everyone reading even needed a reminder... Zombieland will be available to purchase tomorrow. Notice I say "purchase" and not "rent". This is one worth owning, dear readers. I am not even going to waste your time with a review as most of you have seen it already anyway. Being one to always look to receive the most for my money, it appears as if Best Buy will be the best place to pick up your copy. Both the blu ray and the DVD will include some additional features in the "Nut Up or Shut Up" edition while keeping the price the same as other retailers (for the BR anyway, the DVD is two discs and several dollars more).

For good or bad, here are some things to keep in mind about Zombieland in case you haven't seen it: It is along the same vein as Shaun of the Dead (as much as I hate to make the comparison). They are both comedies set in a world where the subject matter and tone is serious. There is an amazing cameo that is one of the major highlights of the film (the only complaint is this section of the film is stretched out a bit). The zombies can run.

Personally, I loved Zombieland and can't wait to watch it several more times. As a zombie fan and a fan of just plain 'ol good movies, it is worth a purchase.

A Zombieland Sequel

You can't possibly be surprised to read that title. It's old-ish news, really, and I apologize for being too busy to post about it. But in case you haven't heard, Sony is looking to release a Zombieland sequel featuring the stars from the original. The catch? It may be made in digital 3D. What is digital 3D anyway? Personally, I hate 3D movies.

If you recall an earlier post, Zombieland was originally written as a television series and there is potentially enough material for 11 more full-lenght feature films! Would I watch 11 more Zombieland movies? Yes I would. Even if they were in 3D.

Zombieland - 12 Sequels In The Works?

Well, not exactly. Zombieland is all over the news lately. I'm sure everyone has heard about the special cameo and the fact that said cameo was originally written to be Partrick Swayze. Zombieland has made a lot of money, made a lot of laughs, and earned a lot of praise. One thing I didn't know was that it was originally written to be a TV series. With that much Zombieland material ready, is there hopes of a sequel?

Well, i09.com has an exclusive interview with writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Head over there and find out how Zombieland morphed from a 23 episode TV series into the movie it is today.

Zombieland - (finally) Some Movie Stills

Short and sweet... Ain't It Cool News posted some high res pics from Zombieland. Mentioned here before, Zombieland is a zombie-horror-comedy starrying Woody Harrelson. Yup, this is the reason Harrelson socked a photographer using the excuse that he thought the reporter was a zombie (original post here).

On to the pics:

Zombieland - Some Pics

Not much of an update but a little something to wet your appetite. After posting last week about Woody Harrelson's attack on what he thought was a zombie, here's a bit of a follow-up. I managed to find some pictures of a post-apocalyptic Hollywood from his upcoming movie, Zombieland.

Due for release this fall, it's a zombie-comedy whose final acts take place in an amusement park. Hence the movie's name. Well, a small update is better than no update so enjoy the pics!
